Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at STR8 PRESSED. Prior to making a purchase, we ask that you please read and understand this “No Returns No Refunds Policy” in full and let us know if you have any questions. Processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping may take 2-5 business days.


No Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations. Once you place an order, cancellations and changes cannot be made. 


No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure your address is correct, STR8 PRESSED will not be responsible for invalid addresses nor items shipped and delivered to an incorrect address. STR8 PRESSED will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS office and have them to re-locate and deliver your parcel.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please immediately inspect your product upon delivery. In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a picture of the item and contact us within 24 HOURS of your item being delivered to request a replacement product.

You can initiate a replacement request by emailing us at info@str8pressed.com.  Please include a description of the damage and the photo of the item. We will notify you if your replacement request is approved.  If your request is approved, then we will ship you a replacement item (which must be the same as the item you originally purchased) and will ship a new item within 5-7 business days. Not including weekends or holidays.

Please note that replacement requests for damaged or defective items will not be honored for any reason after 24 hours of your item being delivered.
